Your privacy.

The short version: what you send us is used to reply to you and nothing else, it's never sold or shared, and we count visits to the site without knowing who you are.

In short

Two promises.

  1. Never sold, never shared.

Your enquiry comes to us and no one else. It's used to reply to you, and that's all.

  2. No tracking of our own.

Our own visit counter uses no cookies and stores nothing that could identify you.

What you send us

When you fill in the enquiry form, call or email, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. Through the form that's usually your name, email address and phone number, your business name and website if you have them, your message, and the answers you pick along the way, like which features or package you're interested in.

You don't have to give us anything you'd rather not. Only your name and an email address are needed for us to reply.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to plan, build and look after your website.

We won't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Where your enquiry goes

The form sends your enquiry to our inbox by email, and sends a copy back to you so you have a record of what you asked. It isn't saved in a database on the website itself.

The only thing the website notes is that an enquiry was sent, as a number in our monthly count, never what was in it or who sent it.

Counting visits, without cookies

We keep a simple, anonymous record of how the website is used: which pages are visited, and whether the enquiry form and phone number get used, so we can see it's working well.

It doesn't use cookies, it never stores your IP address, and it never stores anything that could identify you.

Google Analytics

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It sets cookies to do that, and it reports on visits in aggregate rather than telling us who you are.

What Google Analytics collects is collected, stored and processed by Google, on Google's own systems and under Google's privacy policy, not ours. We only ever see the summary reports.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out add-on.

Payments

When you pay online, the payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see them, and we never store them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as they're useful for helping you, and for any records we're required to keep as a business.
